You as a Product Owner will:
Own and manage product backlogs, priorities, and delivery coordination across agile teams.
Translate business problems, operational workflows, and user feedback into clear product requirements and user stories.
Partner with UX, research, engineering, and data teams to prototype, test, and iterate on new features and workflows.
Support discovery activities including workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and validation of user needs.
Work closely with technical teams to understand system capabilities, integrations, APIs, and implementation trade-offs.
Identify where AI, automation, and analytics can strengthen enterprise reporting, data workflows, and corporate services processes.
Define and track success metrics including adoption, efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
Align stakeholders across operations, technology, and leadership teams to support product direction and rollout readiness.
Support product launches, training, adoption, and change management activities.
Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying opportunities for process improvement, workflow standardization, and future product enhancements.
Stay current on product delivery practices, digital trends, and evolving AI and agentic AI techniques and solutions relevant to enterprise analytics and corporate services and the construction industry.
Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and user-centered thinking across teams.
Support EllisDon’s broader digital transformation initiatives through practical, scalable product delivery.
5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business systems analysis, or digital solution delivery.
Experience working in agile software delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
Comfortable working in complex operational environments with evolving requirements and ambiguity.
Experience with analytics platforms, enterprise reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), data workflow systems, or corporate services / operational systems is strongly preferred.
Experience with, or strong working comfort in, AI-enabled and agentic workflows (e.g. low-code/no-code agent-building tools, AI-assisted analysis), and the ability to identify where automation and analytics can strengthen enterprise decision-making while applying sound AI governance judgment, is expected.
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000.
