The Product Owner, Operations AI & Automation, Digitization & Automation, GWAM Chief Data Office will play a critical role in translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and deliverables that support business goals. This role contributes to our mission by helping teams leverage data as a strategic asset, improve operational efficiency, strengthen data utilization, and enhance customer experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner with business stakeholders, program leadership, and delivery teams to shape scalable digital solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for AI, automation, and digitization initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business value.

  • Translate high-level program objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized features for delivery teams.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and shape scalable digital solutions.

  • Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ongoing prioritization to maximize value delivery.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are well understood and delivered effectively.

  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and benefits realization, adjusting priorities as needed.

  • Promote re-use of digital capabilities and solutions across teams to drive efficiency and consistency.

  • Support governance, reporting, and communications on product progress, outcomes, and risks.

  • Champion a customer-centric mindset in product design and delivery.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product management and agile practices within the team.

  • Support the Chief Data Office and Global WAM Operations transformation by helping ensure data is leveraged as a strategic asset, including accessible data sources, improved data quality, data governance standards, and flexible reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or delivery roles within digital, automation, or AI-enabled environments.

  • Hands-on experience managing backlogs, supporting sprint delivery, and applying Agile/Lean methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and its application in operations environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams across business and technology.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse groups.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision, priorities, and outcomes clearly.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary range is expected to be between

$62,850.00 CAD - $104,750.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
