About boostCX (One of Banyan’s Portfolio Company)

This role is critical to making that transformation successful.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Product Owner to own core platform capabilities within boostCX 6. This is a decision-making role, not a requirements-gathering or coordination role.
You will be accountable for prioritization, tradeoffs, and outcomes for a defined portion of our platform. You will work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product leadership to deliver value predictably and sustainably.
If you are uncomfortable making hard calls, saying no, or being accountable for outcomes, this role is not a fit.

- Push back on requests that do not align with product direction or capacity
- Clearly communicate priorities, decisions, and rationale
Delivery Partnership
- Partner closely with Engineering and QA in a pod-based delivery model
- Define clear acceptance criteria that enable engineering autonomy
- Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Experience working directly with engineers and QA in an agile environment
Experience Profile
- 5+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role
