We bring planning, reporting, and automation together so people can focus on higher-value work instead of repetitive tasks. As we introduce more AI-enabled capabilities, you will be part of a human-centered innovation journey where intelligent tools support better outcomes while people lead the decisions that matter.

We're headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area, with teams and offices across North America, Europe, and Australia.

Prophix Software is seeking a driven and customer-centric Product Marketing Manager to support our product marketing function across go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, content development, and sales enablement for our industry-leading Financial Performance Platform. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will work closely with product management, competitive intelligence, marketing, and sales teams to create impactful storylines, market awareness, and enablement programs for existing and new solutions targeting the Office of the CFO.

Requirements

What You Will Do

Technical Product Marketing, Proof & Persona-Based Messaging

  • Develop technical product marketing content that communicates platform architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and data management to CIO and IT audiences.
  • Own persona-based technical messaging for finance, IT, and executive stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, buyer-relevant narratives.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to validate technical claims, architecture, integrations, and security requirements used in customer, sales, and analyst-facing materials.
  • Support positioning of Prophix within customer technology ecosystems, including integrations, data flows, and coexistence with ERP, BI, and data platforms.
  • Support and contribute to RFP and RFI responses for prospects and analyst firms (e.g., Gartner), ensuring technical accuracy and differentiation.

Product Demonstrations, Enablement & Content Creation

  • Develop detailed product demonstrations, tutorials, and walkthroughs—often via video, webinars, or guided demos—that showcase platform capabilities and technical depth.
  • Support sales enablement programs that drive pipeline and revenue, with an emphasis on technical validation and buyer confidence.
  • Assist in developing presentations, playbooks, demo narratives, reference architectures, webpages, and supporting collateral.
  • Evangelize Prophix internally and externally via webinars, events, customer briefings, and workshops.

Community, Go-to-Market & Research Support

  • Engage with and monitor relevant technical communities and forums to build credibility, gather feedback, and inform technical messaging and content.
  • Support product releases and launches across both business and technical buyer audiences.
  • Assist with buyer persona development, competitive intelligence, and market research to strengthen positioning and go-to-market execution.
