Job Description:

The ideal Digital Product Manager for Sun Life is a dynamic leader who combines technical and UX expertise with strong business acumen. This individual is driven by results, aligns product initiatives with KPIs, and brings together technology and design teams to deliver innovative digital direct to consumer solutions.

What will you do?

• Lead the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from ideation to launch               

• Align product strategy with business KPIs and objectives               

• Collaborate with technology and design teams to deliver innovative solutions               

• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements               

• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement

What do you need to succeed?

• 2+ years’ experience in digital product management

• Strong UX and tech skills; experience with agile teams

• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams               

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
