About the Role

Product Manager roles can vary greatly depending on the context, so what does being a Product Manager (PM) at Lylli entail? Our PM is dedicated to uncovering the best ways to showcase our incredible content, ensuring it delivers maximum value to kids and parents using our app, while also inspiring authors through our studio tools.

Lylli is an innovative app that brings thousands of children’s books to life by creating a captivating experience that promotes children’s cognitive development, establishes reading habits, and invites them into a life as readers.

This involves a wide range of responsibilities, including conducting research, defining our value proposition, planning roadmaps, optimizing onboarding and navigation, and much more. It’s a role that demands a diverse skill set, but at its core it’s rooted in business acumen and a passion for helping our products grow and reach new audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the product strategy and serve as the product’s biggest advocate to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own the product roadmap; constantly prioritize re-prioritize features against company goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of new features.
  • Identify and assess growth opportunities within the products.
  • Set up experiments to continually improve KPIs.
  • Have a deep love for uncovering customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage stakeholders across teams to work toward a single vision.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in SAAS development.
  • 5+ years professional experience working in software or game development.
  • Strong data analysis skills.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Toronto is $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
