Overview:
The Product Manager on Guidepoint’s Product team will support the External team’s execution of the product roadmap. This individual needs to be highly motivated, a self starter that can work independently and in teams. This role will engage with senior product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders. You will gain hands-on product lifecycle experience and have direct impact on project execution.
This position is a hybrid position out of our Toronto office.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the documentation and development of product features by collaborating cross-functionally to define the feature’s details
- Collaborate with Product Managers to manage the product backlog including writing and prioritizing stories
- Drive projects forward by managing feature roll outs, ensuring stakeholder communication and developing updated materials
- Manage internal reporting to ensure product managers have the most accurate data in a timely manner
- Analyze user data via our analytics tools and develop initial inferences
- Identify and managing dependencies and identifying mitigation opportunities
What You Have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Worked in Agile development environment as a product manager for 2 years
- Understands the software development lifecycle
- Experience with quarterly planning
- Extremely high empathy towards user problems
- Creative thinker
- Has a background in one of the following fields: consulting, banking, or technology
What We Offer:
The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
