About GoBolt

Our Mission:

At GoBolt, we provide a technology-driven, customer-centric and sustainable approach to ecommerce and last-mile logistics for businesses of all sizes – from local brands to large national retailers. By operating as an extension of our customer's team, we deliver best-in-class services every step of the way.

We're building North America’s largest electric vehicle fleet to help bring sustainability to an industry notorious for its heavy impact on the environment. We are in high growth mode and building for the future, which is where you come in!

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager! In this role, you won’t just be managing requirements, you will be designing and building the operating system for modern supply chains. You will sit in between complex physical operations and modern software.

Salary Range: CAD$100k-120k

Location: Hybrid role based at our Downtown Toronto (John St) office.

We are actively hiring to fill this specific position immediately.

Our Stack & Your Workflow

We believe great tools enable great products. You should be deeply familiar with (and perhaps a power user of):

  • Linear: For streamlined, high-velocity project tracking and issue management.
  • Figma: Not just for viewing mocks, but for collaborative jam sessions and prototyping.
  • Featurebase: For capturing the “voice of the customer” and managing a transparent, data-driven feedback loop.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Vision: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact features, from initial discovery and scoping to post-launch optimization.
  • Bridge the Gap: Translate the chaotic reality of modern-day logistics into structured, scalable product solutions.
  • Design-Led Development: Work side-by-side with engineers and designers. You don’t just hand over tickets; you co-create the experience.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: Use quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to ruthlessly prioritize the most impactful work.
  • Operational Excellence: Partner with our Ops teams to ensure software solutions solve real-world bottlenecks, reducing “empty miles” and increasing throughput.

Who You Are

  • The Experience: 4+ years in Product Management, ideally within a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
  • The “Logistics Brain”: You understand that 10 minutes of idling or a misplaced SKU has a ripple effect. You enjoy the complexity of moving physical things.
  • Design Fluency: You have a high bar for UX. You understand the principals of good user experience and the tradeoffs needed to build those experiences.
  • The Communicator: You can explain a technical API constraint to an Ops Manager and a business KPI to a Backend Engineer without losing anyone in translation.

Major Plus If You Have...

  • Direct Experience: A background in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery.
  • Design Roots: A previous life (or significant side-hustle) in Product Design or UX Research.
  • Technical Depth: The ability to dive into API documentation, or build dashboards to get the insights you need to answer the right questions.

Why Join Us?

Impact: Your work directly affects the efficiency of our operations. This point cannot be overstated; there are clear winners when the tech team delivers and clear losers when we don’t.

Autonomy: We hire smart people and get out of their way. We expect people with seniority to drive their own work.

Modern Culture: We are tech-first. We value documentation, asynchronous workflows, and building tools that people actually enjoy using.

We offer a workplace where respect, diversity, and inclusion are the cornerstones of our culture. Our team members are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work, contributing to our collective mission in their unique ways. Aside from an amazing culture, we also offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision plans for you and your family.

If you are eager to make a difference and contribute to a fast paced exciting environment, we would love to hear from you.
