YOUR MISSION

As the Senior Product Manager for our Shop Floor Solution team at Nulogy, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and success of one of our key applications. You will play a central role in shaping how Nulogy delivers value to hundreds of contract packaging and manufacturing customers worldwide.
Serving as a strategic leader and voice of the customer and market, you will identify critical business and customer challenges and translate them into a clear product direction. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to create, deliver, and scale innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for Nulogy and our customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy

  • Shape and maintain a deep understanding of the product strategy for your assigned solution, contributing to its evolution and alignment with company goals.
  • Connect the dots between product vision and strategy to new product development work.
  • Lead the definition of product opportunities for your assigned solution area, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Own and continuously refine the roadmap for your product area, ensuring clarity of priorities.

Leadership & People

  • Influence cross-functional partners to drive product and business success.
  • Model Nulogy’s core values and represent them through your decision-making and collaboration

Domain, Customer & Product Knowledge

  • Serve as the company’s subject matter expert and key decision-maker for your product area.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of your assigned solution, including:
    • User personas
    • Capabilities and feature set
    • Use cases the solution addresses
    • The domain your solution operates in
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic positioning.
  • Develop deep expertise in the contract packaging and manufacturing domain and its key processes, metrics, and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry shifts that could create opportunities or threats to your product area.

Product Discovery

  • Define and lead discovery strategy for your product area, using structured experimentation and validation to identify the highest-value opportunities.
  • Create supporting documentation such as business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Leverage data and insights to prioritize and justify strategic investments.
  • Shape and maintain an innovation pipeline that balances near-term delivery with long-term differentiation.

Product Delivery

  • Ensure a continuously refined and validated backlog aligned to product strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage ongoing prioritization of the product backlog and coordinate with other product teams to manage interdependencies.
  • Partner closely with design to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to balance technical investment, scalability, and customer value.

Product Launch

  • Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to develop impactful launch strategies, messaging, and success metrics.
  • Ensure high-quality enablement materials and documentation to support adoption and customer success.
  • Enable internal teams to understand, position, and support newly released capabilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS or supply chain technology.
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering successful software products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect product decisions to business impact.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with modern agile product, design, and software development practices.
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, ambiguous environments and adapting to change.
  • Deeply curious, empathetic, and driven to understand customer problems and business impact.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize effectively under deadlines.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
