Senior Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence (AI)

As a Senior Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence (AI), you will define and advance Moneris' strategy for AI-driven productization. You will lead the roadmap for integrating AI capabilities across Moneris' core product portfolio, ensuring we leverage industry-leading technology, best practices, and scalable architectures through partnerships with AI ecosystem partners.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Data, Architecture, Security, and external partners to ensure AI is embedded in a way that improves merchant value, developer experience, operational efficiency, and the long-term competitiveness of Moneris' platform.

Location: You will be based in either or Montreal or Toronto office (preferred), balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director, Strategic Partnerships.

Posting Type: New Position.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $122,644 - $162,408.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

• Lead an AI productization strategy across Moneris' portfolio, setting a clear vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.

• Work with strategic partners (Microsoft, Google, Visa, Mastercard, and others) to align roadmaps, adopt best-in-class platforms, and integrate capabilities that support scale and reliability.

• Partner with Product Managers across core products (terminal solutions, APIs, merchant experiences, data products, etc.) to identify and lead high-impact AI use cases.

• Translate business opportunities into actionable product requirements, ensuring responsible AI practices and strong alignment with data governance and security standards.

• Evaluate new AI technologies and models; recommend investments and prioritized bets that maximize impact and deliver efficient ROI.

• Work with Engineering and Architecture to design scalable, modular implementations that can be applied across product lines.

• Define KPIs for AI-enabled features and ensure performance, quality, and business outcomes are tracked and delivered.

• Support go-to-market readiness, including enablement for Sales, Marketing, Support, Operations, and partners.

• Contribute to Moneris' innovation agenda, representing AI initiatives in internal and external forums.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology-focused organizations, with exposure to AI/ML-based products or platforms.

• Strong grasp of AI in all forms, LLMs, AI platforms, model orchestration, vector DBs, and modern cloud technologies (Azure preferred).

• Experience collaborating with major technology partners and navigating joint roadmaps.

• Demonstrated ability to define strategy, evaluate emerging technology, and translate opportunities into clear business outcomes and ROI.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across Product, Technology, and executive audiences.

• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and working in fast-moving, highly technical environments.
