DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Collaborate with Product and Operations to develop and implement product roadmaps and overall strategy. Drive process and technical improvements to the product onboarding process. Develop thought leadership and a customer- centric vision for product onboarding capabilities. Take ownership of the agile development process through story creation and product delivery. Work closely with cross-functional partners and clients to understand merchant and client needs, industry changes, and how to drive meaningful solutions for clients. Collaborate with sales, sales support, marketing, and operations partners to engage customers and educate them on the specific features and functionality of JPMorgan Chase & Co. products and platforms. Help customers solve problems and craft viable solutions that can be delivered to market. Own a set of products, features, or functions, including documentation, messaging, positioning, and business model, so that all stakeholders have access to clear consumable information. Partner with external partners and customers to promote Merchant Services offerings and socialize those offerings in a way that positions JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the go-to market partner for payments solutions. Support all controls and compliance requirements, and ensure that all pre- and post-launch conditions are met in order to release the product on time and within budget. Ensure the product suite is managed end-to-end during all phases of the product life cycle (introduction, growth, maturity, decline, and sunset). Identify performance metrics and manage to achieve successful outcomes. Create and deliver customer experiences that delight and positively influence customer and employee NPS. Structure and present reporting and updates to senior management. Identify issues quickly, escalate them, and bring them to closure, with a critical focus on the client experience. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Systems Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience with the following: creating Product Roadmaps and Product Strategy through MS PowerPoint or Confluence; using JIRA to write deliverable and Epic to document product requirements; owning and maintaining product and sprint backlogs and release plan with an understanding of business priorities using Agile and waterfall methodology in JIRA; tracking and reporting on Product KPIs using analytics tools including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; using SQL and Oracle database to write queries for troubleshooting and creating data driven insights; facilitating daily standup, and conducting product backlog refinements to analyze and prioritize features; Using MS Excel, MS visio and MS Word to create insightful strategies and presentation for stakeholders; using UI/UX design tools including Figma, Balsamiq and Sketch to create mockups and wireframe for simple and intuitive user interface.
Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
