About the team and the role: 

As a Product Manager in the C2C Seller Experience team, you will help build the future of eBay’s C2C customer experience worldwide, working side-by-side with cross-functional partners to improve and evolve the C2C value proposition on eBay to be best in class. You will work on defining and launching key projects in the C2C global expansion roadmap alongside product, design, engineering and business partners, unlocking healthy growth at global scale.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience executing product launches in close collaboration with business partners, design teams, and other product partners. Strong attention to detail on execution as well as relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate well are strongly desired. 

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Own and deliver new feature enhancements in the C2C global expansion roadmap, with strong execution rigor  

  • Work with cross-functional partners, engineering, and design to define functionality and requirements

  • Demonstrate a focus on listening to customers and feeding their voice into our product development process. Leverage design and research partnerships to get insights and feedback throughout the entire product lifecycle. Build processes for continuous improvements. 

  • Have a balanced attitude about how to build out new features to accomplish goals for a variety of business needs while also building scalable technical solutions 

  • Create connections and processes across teams that will drive efficient cross-team collaboration and clear alignment with partners

What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years in product management, ideally with experience working on consumer-facing, e-commerce or marketplace products 

  • Good product sense, analytical and UX instincts; able to translate research and insights into simple, high-quality experiences for diverse global users.

  • Strong stakeholder collaboration with other product partners as well as design, marketing and business teams; exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Strong troubleshooting / problem solving skills. 

  • Self-motivated and directed, with ability to flex and innovate quickly. 

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product management to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects, issues, and tasks simultaneously.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

C$110,400 - C$147,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
