About the team and the role:
As a Senior Product Manager in the C2C Seller Experience team, you will help shape the future of eBay’s C2C customer experience worldwide, working side-by-side with cross-functional partners to improve and evolve the C2C monetization playbook to be best in class. You’ll define and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution of a scalable seller segmentation model with differentiated value prop for key segments, unlocking healthy growth and trust at global scale.
The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record in developing and implementing global product strategies in close collaboration with regional business leaders, design teams, and domain experts. Exceptional attention to detail on execution as well as relationship-building skills and the ability to influence partners at all levels are essential.
What You Will Accomplish:
Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for global expansion of the C2C monetization playbook, focusing on defining a scalable seller segmentation model in key expansion markets, in partnership with cross-functional teams
Establish product/backlog prioritization, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term technology investments.
Establish execution rigor with clear milestones, dependencies, and critical path identified for all launches and communicated clearly to partners and stakeholders.
Demonstrate a focus on listening to customers and feeding their voice into our product development process. Leverage design and research partnerships to get insights and feedback throughout the entire product lifecycle. Build processes for continuous improvements.
Create connections and processes across teams that will drive efficient cross-team collaboration and clear alignment with partners in design, engineering, legal, business, product marketing and others.
What You Will Bring:
7+ years in product management building large-scale consumer or marketplace products; track record shipping 0→1 and 1→N features globally across markets, with clear business impact.
Excellent product sense and UX instincts; able to translate research and insights into simple, high-quality experiences for diverse global users.
Confirmed partner leadership across engineering, design, marketing and business teams; exceptional written and verbal communication.
Deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems, with the ability to identify and unlock opportunities through data-driven analysis and user experience research.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product management to drive innovation and efficiency.
