The Product Manager plays a central role in shaping and delivering high-impact product experiences within Docebo’s learning platform. This role will focus on designing a scalable and personalized coaching experience, leveraging AI to increase the effectiveness of learning interactions. Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams, the Product Manager ensures that every initiative delivers value to both users and the business. This position bridges strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. It involves direct collaboration with stakeholders across departments and constant dialogue with customers and partners to ensure product direction aligns with market needs and company goals.

Reports to: Vice President, Product Management

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-based features, such as conversational agents (chatbots), sentiment analysis, and personalized feedback systems.
  • Translate the problems of learners, coaches, and managers into requirements that improve the effectiveness and experience of virtual coaching.
  • Work closely with AI research, Engineering and Design teams to guide product development from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, usability, and time-to-market goals are met.
  • Define the product strategy to scale the impact of personalized training through intelligent automation and data analysis.
  • Lead discovery activities such as user interviews, data analysis, and competitor research to deeply understand user needs and inform product direction.
  • Continuously prioritize the product backlog based on changing priorities, resource constraints, and new information gathered through feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and the Vice President of Product Line/Division to ensure consistency across product lines and to avoid duplication of efforts or conflicting roadmaps.
  • Monitor product performance post-release, using data and customer feedback to assess success and inform continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams, ensuring documentation, training, and communications are ready to support internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience managing products related to communication platforms, collaboration tools, or coaching/mentoring software is a strong plus.
  • Experience launching Generative AI products and confidence around topics such as LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, AI content creation and AI Video creation. Curious and proactive in learning about emerging technologies and their potential applications, including in generative AI and its applications in product development.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of Natural Language Processing (NLP), conversational AI, and personalization algorithms is required.
  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and iteration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to make data-driven decisions using tools like Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard). Familiarity with e-learning, HR tech, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Experience influencing, communicating and building relationships with key stakeholders, including C suite executives, and global distributed teams. Must have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
