  • Coordinate with Global Product Managers and in-market teams to maximize the impact of new product launches.
  • Oversee NPI market set-up administration and quarterly pricing workstreams.

Leadership & Influence

  • Act as the trusted category subject matter expert and a passionate advocate for the Fisher & Paykel brand locally.
  • Represent and advocate for the Canadian market with global cross-functional collaborators.
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders at both local and global levels.

Health & Safety

  • Take all practicable steps to ensure personal safety and the safety of others in the workplace.
  • Comply fully with all Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and company policies.
  • Report all hazards and incidents promptly.

You Have

  • 5+ years of Product or Category Management experience within consumer goods or CPG industries, with a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional product launches to market.
  • Undergraduate degree, or other relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to drive informed commercial decisions.
  • Deep understanding of product line levers required to deliver profitable growth and a world-class, end-to-end customer experience.
  • Proven project management skills across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders, keeping plans current and visible.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with local and global Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Product Development teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills — clear, concise, and impactful.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adopt new systems and tools.
  • Commercial awareness of trade practices, regulations, and legislation at state and federal levels.
