Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is:
• Toronto: $136,000 - $ 178,500
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (select if STV): Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson's Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employee's contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employee's contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also receive basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage at two-times annual base pay at no cost, as well as short-term disability coverage. Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, plus at least 3personal days, minimum 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.

What you will do:
- Working with the SA BOS Product and Solution Line, setting up working BOS global support model, maintenance and life cycle management for SA BOS product portfolio.
- Lead a global team over different time-zones with a seamless result.
- Ownership for: SA BOS ACoS program, SA BOS Design Maintenance process, Quality gatekeeping for all customer deliveries, Providing tools for efficient BOS Post GA and PLM metrics, Single point of contact towards global support organizations (including Service Delivery).
- Securing correct prioritization with regards to customer needs.
- Strive for cost optimization within Post GA.
- Monitor and budget 3PP Support license costs.
- Drive quality improvements within one or multiple nodes, PDGs etc.
- Awareness of modern technologies and methodologies within our product portfolio of SA BOS.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
- 15+ years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in product development using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- 10+ years of experience in Research and Development teams and Support areas with experience in driving operations across geographically disparate regions.
- Experience in SA BOS systems, processes, and related software technologies.
- Strong Governance and budgeting capabilities including excellent stake holder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with stake holder management
- Embracing Change: ability to constantly evolve the development processes and methods towards new technologies.
- Driving deliveries and quality by focused on effective execution while navigating complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong Collaboration by effective communication, openness, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Be a role model by demonstrating high integrity with a strong focus on compliance and the ability to foster a speak-up culture.
- Proven ability to balance constant conflicting priorities and manage strong stakeholder expectations.
- Strong business mindset and drive.
- High level of self-esteem and self-drive and ability to take tough decisions under pressure.
- Have the passion to win and a positive attitude. Can do attitude is a huge plus.
- Basic understanding of Replir, PowerBI, MHWeb.
