Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the product life cycle process
  • Prepare and distribute End-of-Life and End-Of-Sale product notifications 
  • Liase between Product Managers and various departments to coordinate questions, provide status updates, and ensure timely processing and turnaround of product notices 
  • Update and maintenance product information and pricing in database 
  • Submit New product Templates (NPTs) to senior/executive management for approval 
  • Other duties as required 

Qualifications:

  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • Superior organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
