Provide engineering-backed technical sales support: design systems, propose cost-effective solutions and pricing with system drawings, liaise with R&D, attend product training, manage customer relationships and workflow, and ensure projects meet deadlines.

Provide daily administrative support for office operations and global sales teams. Handle data entry, manage multiple priorities, communicate with internal teams and clients, and improve processes to enhance client experience. Support pre- and post-sale activities and perform other administrative duties as required.

The role involves interfacing with customers to design solutions, validating products, and competitive benchmarking for broadcast technology applications.

The evTOC Applications Engineer provides technical customer support, performs software and hardware validation, collaborates with teams to improve products, and maintains testing equipment.

Enter and manage customer and internal sales orders, coordinate delivery details and shipping schedules with Production and R&D, communicate order status and revisions to sales, project managers, and customers, and provide timely delivery updates to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments of broadcast equipment, manage documentation and labeling, liaise with carriers and customs to resolve delays, issue invoices and tracking updates, and communicate shipment status to customers and internal teams.

Design and document end-to-end enterprise broadcast and media solutions, map client business and technical requirements to Evertz offerings, lead proposals and demonstrations, produce bid documentation and functional specifications, manage project risks, and act as technical authority through commissioning, training and sustaining engineering. Client-facing role with internal collaboration and travel to client sites as required.
