Provide end-user technical support across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Manage provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting of devices; administer user accounts, authentication, endpoint security, patching, antivirus, encryption, and backups. Work directly with media customers to design, configure, deploy, and validate evertz.io and AWS environments. Lead POCs and demos, translate workflows into technical requirements, create deployment templates and automation, and feed customer insights to product and engineering teams.

The evTOC Applications Engineer provides technical customer support, performs software and hardware validation, collaborates with teams to improve products, and maintains testing equipment.

Design and document end-to-end enterprise broadcast and media solutions, map client business and technical requirements to Evertz offerings, lead proposals and demonstrations, produce bid documentation and functional specifications, manage project risks, and act as technical authority through commissioning, training and sustaining engineering. Client-facing role with internal collaboration and travel to client sites as required.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build scalable backend systems, work with AI-assisted development practices, and troubleshoot production issues in complex codebases.

Lead planning and implementation of international broadcast media solution installations. Define scope, tasks, timelines and resources; manage budget, QA, changes, and stakeholder reporting through the project lifecycle.

The Solutions Architect will design and document broadcast solutions, collaborate with teams, lead proposal creation, and manage project risks for SDVN solutions.

Production Engineers validate broadcast and AV solutions, create and execute test plans, interface with development teams, and provide technical support.
