Support daily office and global sales operations by performing administrative duties, data entry, document preparation, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment to improve client experience and internal efficiencies.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded Linux and RTOS-based firmware for video routing and IP switching products. Collaborate on hardware/software interfaces, perform board-level integration and troubleshooting, and implement timing-critical real-time components.

Maintain and organize development lab hardware and cabling, install and decommission network/AV devices, handle optical transceivers, keep accurate inventory, write Python/Bash utilities, and support Jenkins CI infrastructure to enable engineering testing and development.

Design, integrate, and verify RF systems and transceiver front ends from antenna to ADC. Perform RF link budgets, noise figure and cascade analyses, PCB-level RF design, and RF router architecture. Execute hands-on lab verification with VNAs, spectrum analyzers and noise-figure methods. Lead systems engineering, documentation, qualification testing, and mentor junior RF engineers.

Manage customer return requests and RMAs, coordinate warranty replacements and repair shipments, prepare replacement quotes, communicate status with customers, and maintain accurate administrative records while collaborating with Production, Logistics, Sales, Administration, and Technical Support.

Lead planning and implementation of international broadcast media system installations. Define scope, tasks, schedules, budgets and resources; assemble and direct project teams; track deliverables, report progress, manage changes, ensure quality, and evaluate project results.

Hands-on R&D role designing, simulating and validating RF/IF circuits (1–75 GHz), developing high-speed analog transmission over copper and fiber, analyzing product requirements, drafting technical specifications, and taking designs from concept to production with lab-based testing.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native backend and distributed systems (primarily Python). Own end-to-end deployments, observability, and incident response. Provide end-user technical support across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Manage provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting of devices; administer user accounts, authentication, endpoint security, patching, antivirus, encryption, and backups. Support Microsoft 365 apps, network services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), wireless access, printers/scanners, document resolutions and SOPs, and contribute to IT projects and office technology deployments.
