Provide technical support for Evertz broadcast and media supply chain products, troubleshooting firmware, networking, and system issues across on-prem and cloud deployments. The Embedded Software Engineer designs, implements, and maintains embedded software, collaborating across functions to update and integrate hardware-software systems.

Work directly with media customers to design, configure, deploy, and validate evertz.io and AWS environments. Lead POCs and demos, translate workflows into technical requirements, create deployment templates and automation, and feed customer insights to product and engineering teams.

Design and document end-to-end enterprise broadcast and media solutions, map client business and technical requirements to Evertz offerings, lead proposals and demonstrations, produce bid documentation and functional specifications, manage project risks, and act as technical authority through commissioning, training and sustaining engineering. Client-facing role with internal collaboration and travel to client sites as required.
