The Role
The Growth Operations team is hiring a Product Communications Ops Manager to help with the operational workflow and deployment of transactional messages for Product with some responsibilities for marketing. The Growth Operations team sits with the Growth Marketing team and supports the build and flawless execution of all marketing communications but this role will develop, manage and optimize the workflow for all transactional and services communication requests as their primary focus. You will serve as a power user of the tooling to support stakeholders that cannot self-serve and track the documents and approvals from Intake to Execution.
You Will
- Project management of all requests for communications deployment - in take, prioritization of requests, tracking, stakeholder communication, approvals
- Flawless execution of all communications deployment including QA
- Develop the workflow and socialize the process to gain adoption from various stakeholders in Product. Optimize as needed and ensure accountability for all approvals
- Act as Marketer and Producer to educate on channel guidelines while ensuring QA and deployment meets expectations
- Configuration of experiments for transactional message testing
- Ownership of the comms ops processes overall, including making improvements for efficiency over time
- Collaboration with engineering on automation opportunities within the platform
- Serve as a power user for all of the comms deployment channels in Flack, contribute to training materials for stakeholders that opt to self-serve
- Collaborate with different Product Managers on future enhancements and capabilities
You Have
- 3 - 5 years of Project management or Campaign management experience
- Attention to detail - extremely important
- Can work autonomously and collaboratively
- Decent analytical skills - Excel, maybe basic querying for audiences (will have PDS support for this)
- Communication skills - both verbal and written
- Stakeholder management - PMs mostly
- Experience with Email QA
- Experience with CRM channel execution
- SQL skills a plus
