Job Description
The Product Business Analyst 2 supports the product management team in day-to-day execution, liaising with the Product Development team as needed. They write user stories, help manage the product backlog and recommend prioritization, and support collection and analysis of multiple data sources.
Job Responsibilities:
Support customer and market research and competitor benchmarking to understand customer needs and product feasibility
Support development of the business plan e.g., target market analysis, product growth plan
Develop technological solutions to improve product and services
Support pricing strategy development by conducting data collection and analysis
Document epics and write user stories
Support development and management of the product roadmap
Support prioritization of the product backlog
Support the Product Management and Product Development Team to guide the PD team and make sure business needs are being conveyed and met e.g., clarify and elaborate stories as needed with developers, provide feedback on WIP and completed user stories
Collect and analyze customer feedback
Perform data collection and analysis to understand progress against KPIs
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors and 2 years or HS/GED and 6 years
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance.
3 years in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role.
Knowledge of agile methodology
Experience creating user stories and documenting epics
Experience in performing analytical work
Knowledge and use of behavioral analysis tools to understand user experience across different landscapes
Experienced in analyzing data sets, creating flow diagrams, preparing high level summaries and workflows
Experienced in quality assurance and usability testing
Ability to conduct cost/benefit analyses

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $74,520.00 - $84,394.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
