  • You are a strategy developer and value driver developing and driving operational and tactical business plans, including prioritization, customer buy-in for/sponsorship of applicable procurement services and solutions tailored to customer needs and aligned to overall customer and procurement strategies.

  • You are a procurement ambassador and customer partner, acting as the primary point of contact for specific customers, focused on simplifying and optimizing the customer experience across procurement, including identifying procurement opportunities, promoting solutions, and advocating for customer compliance (i.e., with policies, tools, processes) and adoption..

  • You will work with your team, broader capability area, networks, and squads/project teams to determine the various roles you can take to deliver or support both project and foundational work.

  • Your successful performance and contribution depend on the full embodiment and demonstration of core mindsets and behaviors, including curiosity, passion, an entrepreneurial spirit, enterprise thinking, inclusive collaboration, and desire for continuous learning that underpin our culture and ways of working.

Who You Are

You are a proactive, collaborative strategic partner who thrives in a matrix environment and is passionate about optimizing procurement to advance clinical development.

  • Qualifications: University degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant Experience: 7+ years of experience in multi-category procurement, key account management, or customer management leadership within complex/matrix organizations.
