Job Description

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a hiring a Procurement Administrator to support our construction projects and join our growing team based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Your role
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team, including managing document submittals and correspondence, and maintaining associated records.
  • Maintain accurate databases and filing systems for contracts, supplier information and procurement documentation.
  • Help prepare PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
  • Participate in the creation, revision and editing of communications.
  • Perform general office tasks such as managing calendar and coordinating schedules, including coordinating meetings, managing meeting logistics and taking and issuing minutes.
About you
  • Experience with major infrastructure or commercial construction projects.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is an asset.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or procurement support role.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate integrity, the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and effectively manage various situations that arise on a daily basis.
  • Proficient in use of MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, knowledge of Project ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc.) is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English language communication skills.
