Lead product strategy and execution for AI solutions in the financial sector, managing cross-functional teams and product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.

Banking is being reimagined—and customers expect every interaction to be easy, personal, and instant

We are building a universal banking assistant that millions of U.S. consumers can use to transact across all financial institutions and, over time, autonomously drive their financial goals. Powered by our proprietary BankGPT platform, this assistant is positioned to displace age-old legacy systems within financial institutions and own the end-to-end CX stack, unlocking a $200B opportunity and potentially replacing multiple publicly traded companies

Ultimately, our mission is to drive financial well-being for millions of consumers.

With over two-thirds of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, 50% holding less than $500 in savings, and only 17% financially literate, we aim to put financial well-being on autopilot to help solve this problem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Product Strategy: Independently drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Conversational AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs in the financial services sector. You’ll tackle challenges related to scaling B2B SaaS products and navigating the regulatory landscape of fintech.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to define, prioritize, and execute product initiatives. You’ll ensure cross-functional alignment, working independently to bring products from concept to delivery.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—while addressing the unique needs of financial institutions around scalability, security, and compliance.
  • User-Centric Product Development: Conduct market research, gather insights into user needs, and incorporate them into the product strategy. You’ll help shape exceptional customer experiences while keeping data privacy and security in focus.
  • Innovate with AI: Leverage Conversational AI and machine learning technologies to push product boundaries, delivering cutting-edge solutions for automation, compliance, and financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields such as Software Engineering, QA or Product Analyst, with experience in B2B SaaS startups.
  • Technical Background: A degree in Computer Science or Engineering and experience as a software engineer or technical lead before transitioning to product management.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with engineering through the complete technology product lifecycle.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical content clearly and confidently.
  • Empathy and User Focus: Deep empathy for users, with a passion for understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Experience creating and executing a product vision, goals, and strategy, while managing the roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.

Bonus Point

  • Conversational AI and/or CX Domain Experience: Experience in Conversational AI, chatbots, or customer experience (CX) solutions.
  • Developer Turned Product Manager: A background in software engineering, with hands-on technical expertise in building complex products.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Proven ability to lead and own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with the ability to mentor and guide other product managers.

Compensation

Compensation is expected to be between $180,000 - $210,000. Position has a bonus and Stock component. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
