Our Firm
Agentis Capital Partners ("ACP") operates as the family office of the founding partners of Agentis, a diversified platform with businesses spanning principal investments, financial advisory, capital markets, and asset management services. Since its founding in 2009, the Agentis platform has advised on more than $30bn of transactions across infrastructure, mining, and energy, while ACP has built and managed a long-standing portfolio of principal investments across technology, industrial, and mixed industrial-technology businesses.
ACP actively pursues both active and passive principal investments and currently manages a portfolio of more than 20 businesses. The firm has consistently made principal investments over the past decade, recycling capital into high-value opportunities and working closely with management teams and boards to create long-term value.
The Opportunity
The Principal Investments Internship provides a unique opportunity to work with one of Agentis’ partner firms, alongside its principal investments team and in collaboration with the founding partners of Agentis. Please note that this is not a direct position with Agentis Capital Advisors; the internship will be with ACP or another Agentis affiliate/partner organization.
Unlike a traditional infrastructure investment banking internship, this role focuses on evaluating, executing, and managing principal investments, including direct equity investments and co-investments alongside advisory clients. Interns will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of principal investing - from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to supporting due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company strategy. The role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on experience, and direct exposure to senior leadership across a wide range of industries.
Strong-performing interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities within the Agentis partner ecosystem.
