What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a Platform Engineer to support and enhance our Customer Order Management platform. This role involves working closely with business and product teams to design scalable, reliable solutions that improve order lifecycle management and customer experience.

  • Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions

  • Design, support, and optimize order management systems and integrations

  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability

  • Manage APIs, workflows, and system integrations across the order lifecycle

  • Leverage AI/automation solutions to improve efficiency, monitoring, and decision-making

  • Support deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution

What You Bring:

  • Experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and Customer Identity & Access Management (SAP Gigya, EntraId)

  • Experience with order management systems (OMS) and eCommerce platforms

  • Experience with JAVA

  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems

  • Familiarity with cloud (Azure - preferred), DevOps practices, and AI-driven tools/automation

  • Experience with search platforms (Solr/Elasticsearch) (good to have)

  • Good problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Broadband Salary Range: $79,000 – $131,000 CAD
