The Personal Lines Account Executive will:
  • Bring an aggressive and persuasive approach to generating and qualifying leads through prospecting, cold calling, door knocking and networking

  • Devise creative and effective sales approach to negotiate and close deals

  • While this is your territory where you call the shots, the KASE Team has your back every step of the way, with leadership and internal partners committed to giving you the support and resources you need to give the best customer service and sales experience possible

  • Using all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.

  • With competitive commission structure, your earning potential is up to you.
     

To be successful as a Personal Lines Account Executive with KASE Insurance, you will need:
  • Proven Track record of verifiable new customer acquisition

  • Sales experience in a quota driven business environment

  • Effective negotiation and closing skills

  • Experience preparing, delivering and following up on proposals

  • Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail

  • Genuine drive to build up a successful sales career in insurance

  • Driven, proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn

  • Valid Driver’s license, clean driving record and of course proof of insurance

Salary Range

The base salary for this position is $50,000 annually.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc.). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
