PagerDuty is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our HR Infrastructure & Operations team. This role is focused on tactical and administrative excellence, providing foundational support across HR operations, talent acquisition coordination, and global hub management. Working full time out of our Atlanta office, you will ensure the seamless execution of daily workplace experiences and core HR workflows to support our global team.

This is an in-office position in Atlanta, GA (5 days per week) with the flexibility to occasionally work from home on Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations: Partner on onboarding, offboarding, Workday data integrity, and compliance tasks.
  • Talent Acquisition Coordination: Manage ATS workflows, handle executive scheduling, and lead on-site interview coordination.
  • Global Hub Support: Lead centralized management of global hub programs (including Lunch programs, Kadence system administration, etc.).
  • Local Workplace Experience (Atlanta / Toronto): Serve as the HR point of contact for local hub operations; own day-to-day employee presence and light facilities coordination.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support, talent acquisition coordination, or workplace operations role.
  • Proven track record in handling administrative scheduling, ATS management, and operational logistics.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain data accuracy in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage on-site hub logistics and vendor programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with high discretion.
  • Ability to work on-site out of our Atlanta office 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or equivalent years of experience 
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to learn and navigate new systems and processes
  • Prior experience using productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Office, Salesforce, Monday.com, AI and others
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday or similar)

The base salary range for this position is 60,000 - 82,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
