PEOPLE & CULTURE COORDINATOR (1 Year Contract)

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of our P&C team in Mississauga. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, compliance, and a consistent employee experience, while enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day P&C operations
  • Maintain accurate, compliant HR data
  • Support a structured and positive employee experience

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Maintain and audit P&C data across systems (ADP, Bamboo, Concur, payroll, benefits)
  • Conduct new hire orientation and support employees through their first weeks at Broccolini
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a positive and organized employee experience
  • Provide support to the recruitment function: end to end recruitment for entry level roles, draft offer letters, conducts references and background check
  • Manage the P&C inbox and respond to routine employee inquiries
  • Support recognition initiatives, internal communications, and surveys
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR / People & Culture coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative rigor
  • Comfort working with HR systems and confidential data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
