The ideal candidate will bring organization, attention to detail and enthusiasm to the growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wishes to grow and contribute within a high-growth SaaS organization.

What you'll do: 

  • Supporting & assisting the finance team with payroll system implementation.
  • Full life cycle administration of salary and hourly payrolls for Canadian/US on a semi-monthly basis including hires, terminations, salary changes etc. 
  • Administering monthly payrolls for other geographic locations including but not only limited to Argentina, Philippines etc.
  • Respond to all inquiries and resolve issues related to the payroll input for processing as per deadlines.
  • Maintain & manage payroll records but not limited to pay registers, pay adjustments, deductions, benefit enrolments etc.
  • Track & reconcile employee expense approval reports for payroll processing.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Experience in handling payroll system implementation.
  • Solid understanding of the full payroll cycle,  group insurance benefits (Health, Dental, FSA, HSA, etc.) and pension plans.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of payroll experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Quebec Payroll
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills. 
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French

Bonus if you:

  • NPI (National Payroll Institute) PCP Designation (or in progress) is an asset.
