Through our partnership with Cube Building Systems, we have been authorized to refer Jumpstart clients to their Path 2 Purpose (P2P) program, a free training and employment initiative designed for refugees living in Ontario.

About the Program
Path 2 Purpose helps refugees gain skills in construction and prefabrication. Trainees receive stipends while participating in hands-on training, mentorship, and language support. Top graduates are guaranteed job placement. The program also offers ongoing support after graduation.

Eligibility
Participants must:

  • Have refugee or Protected Person status

  • Be legally able to work in Canada

  • Live in Ontario and be 18+

  • Be unemployed, underemployed, or facing barriers such as a lack of Canadian work experience or language challenges

  • Show interest in construction or related trades

  • Be willing to join full-time training and support

Training Location: Brampton, ON

Duration: The program runs for approximately 6 weeks of training, followed by a paid work placement with an employer partner.

Training Delivery: In-Person Training

Next Cohorts:  July 6 and July 21, 2026

What You Will Get:

  • Ongoing post-graduation support, coaching and job matching

Graduates may move into roles such as:

  • Framing or on-site installer

  • CAD designer

  • Quality control or site support technician

  • Prefab manufacturing or assembly worker

  • Estimator or project support

Top graduates may advance into:

  • Skilled trades apprenticeships

  • Design/drafting roles

  • Supervisory positions within CUBE TECH’s partner network

Priority will be given to those with prior construction, manufacturing, or installation experience who need to adapt skills to Canadian standards.
