Participants receive job development, immediate job opportunities, heavy equipment certification, and paid placement at $19.21/hr. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and reliably commute to North York and Brampton.

Manage a national network of immigrant settlement partners, federal funding agreements, funder reporting, grant applications, project budgets, stakeholder communications, and virtual or in-person events. The role also supports research and policy priorities, coordinates internal teams, maintains compliance documentation, and identifies new public funding opportunities.

Supports the management of large-scale infrastructure construction projects by coordinating schedules, deliveries, contractors, resources, documentation, budgets, quality records, safety inspections, and commissioning activities. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain project controls. Conducts site visits, supports cost control, and provides administrative assistance throughout project delivery and handover.

Processes vendor invoices, employee expenses, subcontractor invoices, credit memos, and payments. Matches invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents, reconciles vendor statements, maintains AP records, and communicates with vendors and internal teams. Supports payment selections, vendor setup, reporting, month-end and year-end activities, accruals, aging reviews, and invoice follow-ups while ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.
