Support inventory control, forecasting, and cross-functional supply chain planning. Manage inventory levels, adjust forecasts with Sales and Schedulers, support product lifecycle transitions, analyze forecast vs. sales accuracy and inventory metrics, maintain BOMs and consumable levels, and coordinate purchase order and packaging changes.

Supervise and develop frontline warehouse associates, enforce health and safety, monitor KPIs and operational metrics, report performance, and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for a national bank, resolve credit card application and account inquiries, collect and follow up on customer data, escalate or refer clients as needed, and work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends) primarily remotely with occasional on-site attendance.
