Job Description

As Ensemble continues its rapid growth and expands its reach, this role supports the overall partner relations strategy within the organization. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in supplier procurement, build negotiation skills, create a network of contacts and influence key business decisions with potential for growth. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter that is open to varied daily activities and taking direction from multiple stakeholders. The key aspect of this role will be to provide analytical and tactical support to the vertical leads.

Responsibilities

Partner Relations Administration (Tour, Sun and Sand, Air, Ground)

  • Manage incoming supplier reports, organizing in folders and working with business analytics. Identify partners that have not reported on-time and follow up to ensure timely reporting.
  • Update owner/manager scorecards on a monthly basis
  • Prepare power point presentations to support as directed
  • Coordinate and add offers to Connections Newsletter and Engage
  • Maintain and update member portal sites with new content, product offers and contact information for preferred partners as directed. Reach out to partners on a quarterly basis to ensure sites are updated.
  • Upload partner offers to sites as required
  • Create and coordinate a consolidated procurement communication cadence for our preferred partners
  • Assist directly in managing of HubSpot contacts, companies and deals

DMC & Specialty

  • Work with Sr Director of Partner Relations – DMC and finance team to collect supplier reports for tracking and accounting purposes
  • Post DMC and Specialty promotional content across various member and social platforms

Hotel and Cruise

  • Support hotels with Member portal access and content
  • Support Annual Hotel RFP with reporting and analysis
  • Supports sending out b-monthly Hotel Pulse
  • Assist with follow up on outstanding hotel invoices
  • Assist with quarterly cruise group dates

Qualifications

  • Superior Time management skills - able to work in a fast paced, changing environment and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Analytical mind set with experience collating multiple data sources and building strategic dashboards
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and an ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally with polish and professionalism
  • Polished and professional demeanor with experience as a company representative in high-profile and public environments.
  • Product knowledge management experience, including synthesizing, organizing and disseminating supplier information to audiences across broad geographical territories.
  • Upbeat personality, a hands-on team player and self-starter who is able to work in lean environment with autonomy
  • Expert Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
