We are seeking a market facing and technically adept professional to manage business partner relationships and drive outreach initiatives. This role blends partner engagement with hands-on technical understanding, enabling effective communication of complex software and biometric hardware solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner Outreach & Engagement 
  •    Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.  
  •    Plaand executoutreach activities, including presentations, demos, and lunch-and-learn sessions. 
  • Content Development & Delivery 
  •   Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to partner and customer needs. 
  •   Collaborate with sales teams to align content with market strategies and partner objectives. 
  • Technical Enablement  
  •   Develop a strong working knowledge of company software platforms and biometric hardware solutions. 
  •   Clearly communicate and present technical details and concepts. 
  • Collaboration  
  •    Partner closely with sales to support joint initiatives and partner-led opportunities. 
  •    Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product positioning and outreach strategies. 

Qualifications 

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as partner management, technical enablement, solutions consulting, or pre-sales support. 
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technology solutions. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills. 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience in creating and delivering technical demos. 
  • Knowledge of market outreach strategies and partner engagement best practices. 
  • Proficiency in tools for presentations and content development. 
  • Experience with enterprise software, security, or biometric technologies is a plus.
