We are seeking a market facing and technically adept professional to manage business partner relationships and drive outreach initiatives. This role blends partner engagement with hands-on technical understanding, enabling effective communication of complex software and biometric hardware solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Outreach & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Plan and execute outreach activities, including presentations, demos, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
- Content Development & Delivery
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to partner and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align content with market strategies and partner objectives.
- Technical Enablement
- Develop a strong working knowledge of company software platforms and biometric hardware solutions.
- Clearly communicate and present technical details and concepts.
- Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales to support joint initiatives and partner-led opportunities.
- Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product positioning and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as partner management, technical enablement, solutions consulting, or pre-sales support.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating and delivering technical demos.
- Knowledge of market outreach strategies and partner engagement best practices.
- Proficiency in tools for presentations and content development.
- Experience with enterprise software, security, or biometric technologies is a plus.
