About the Job

OpenTable is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to turn strategic partnerships into repeatable, measurable growth for our restaurant business. Reporting to the Senior Director, Restaurant Marketing, you will define the partner marketing strategy and build multi-year, cross-channel programs that extend OpenTable’s reach, strengthen our value proposition, and drive partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline and restaurant adoption. You will bring together partner strategy, integrated campaign planning, sales alignment, and performance measurement—moving beyond one-time event activation to create durable revenue engines. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, commercially minded marketer who can operate at both the executive level and in the details of getting work shipped.

Responsibilities
  • Own OpenTable’s partner marketing strategy, prioritizing the partner ecosystem and investment opportunities that can create the greatest impact for restaurant acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Build and manage joint business plans with strategic partners, translating shared objectives into clear audiences, value propositions, campaign plans, activation calendars, and success metrics.
  • Turn partnerships and sponsorships into integrated, multi-channel programs spanning events, content, CRM, paid and owned channels, sales enablement, and other relevant touchpoints.
  • Establish the measurement and operating model for partner marketing, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, restaurant acquisition and adoption, contribution to revenue, forecasting, attribution, and return on investment.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, Creative, Events, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and other teams—creating clarity on roles, timelines, funding, approvals, and decision rights.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to marketing and business leaders and as a trusted partner to external stakeholders, using customer insight and performance data to scale what works, improve what does not, and identify the next growth opportunity.
  • Collaborate with global teams to build and launch programs that scale across markets.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in partner marketing, integrated marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling partner marketing programs from strategy through execution, with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience connecting marketing programs to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, adoption, or other commercial results—and using performance data to make investment decisions.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional work with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative or Brand, Events, Analytics, Legal, and Finance, including influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the judgment to communicate effectively with senior executives, external partners, and delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, restaurant technology, hospitality, payments, or another complex multi-sided business.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships across multiple markets, channels, or business units.
  • Experience turning event sponsorships, referrals, or ecosystem relationships into integrated demand-generation or go-to-market programs.
  • Experience with partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline measurement, account-based marketing, co-selling, referrals, or affiliate programs.
  • Experience building a new capability or operating model in a fast-changing organization while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

This posting is for an existing vacancy.

The best connections happen face-to-face, whether you’re sitting down to dinner or having coffee with a coworker. That’s why OpenTable has adopted a hybrid workplace model. This role aligns with that approach, with an expectation of coming into the office two days a week—giving employees the best of both worlds: in-person collaboration and flexibility.

The expected range of compensation for this position based in Toronto, Canada, is $100,000-$110,000 CAD. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a compensation range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.

We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations.

Inclusion

We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.
