The Mission

We are seeking a talented Partner Funding Operations Specialist to join our growing Finance team. The right candidate is someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, thrives on managing multiple deadlines across systems and stakeholders, and is comfortable adapting as program requirements evolve. Your mission will be to own the operational workflow for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs end to end — maintaining accurate documentation, preparing and submitting invoices on time, keeping internal teams current on program changes, and partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the funding completion process

Your Assignment

The Partner Funding Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the operational workflow for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs, ensuring accurate documentation, timely invoice processing, and compliance with AWS & Anthropic program requirements. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams and AWS & Anthropic stakeholders, requiring a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving program guidelines and documentation requirements. The specialist is responsible for maintaining current knowledge of AWS & Anthropic funding processes, communicating updates across internal teams, and helping ensure funding opportunities are executed successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs, ensuring documentation, funding requests, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate client records, funding documentation, and operational trackers across internal systems.
  • Prepare, validate, and submit invoices while performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor funding program requirements, documentation standards, and process changes, ensuring internal procedures remain aligned with AWS & Anthropic expectations.
  • Communicate updates to internal teams regarding AWS & Anthropic program changes, funding requirements, deadlines, and best practices.
  • Coordinate approval workflows and ensure all required documentation is completed, signed, and submitted within established timelines.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding funding status, outstanding actions, and project progress across all AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), proactively addressing issues, clarifying requirements, and requesting deadline extensions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to resolve documentation issues, monitor deadlines, and ensure successful funding execution.
  • Utilize internal systems, reporting tools, and automation to improve operational efficiency while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Background

  • 1–3 years in Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing, Finance Operations, or Administrative Support.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Experience processing invoices or financial documentation.
  • Comfortable working with multiple web-based platforms simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Project Managers and Delivery teams is a plus.
  • Claude skills and projects knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with AWS Partner Programs, cloud partner operations, or vendor funding programs is highly desirable.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving processes, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex program requirements into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and meet deadlines.

Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $71,000 - $88,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.
