We are looking to fill the role of Strategic Sales & Partnerships Manager for our Mysa HQ team, remotely!


The Strategic Sales & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and growing relationships with mechanical contractors across North America. This will require a mixture of prospecting and business development with existing partners with the goal of growing the number of contractors offering Mysa HQ to their clients. 


Mysa HQ is a commercial energy management solution for small- to medium-box multi-site retailers and restaurants. Through smart, WiFi enabled devices and a Visibility & Control Portal, we give facilities managers more control over their HVAC systems, helping them save on energy and equipment maintenance.

Role Overview:

  • Work closely with existing Mechanical partners to drive revenue and support their sale of Mysa HQ. Serve as their link to Mysa for marketing, sales, and promotional support.
  • Represent the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders to guide product and program development.
  • Prospect and onboard new partners while promoting the value of Mysa HQ to their business. Ensure long-term retention and growth with each partner.
  • Think big, and identify opportunities to grow the Mysa HQ business in new areas, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Travel within North America and represent Mysa HQ at national and regional events.

Your Star Qualities:

  • Proven track record of closing B2B sales and consistently acquiring new customers. You're focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • 5-10 years experience in a relevant sales role.
  • Experience with controls and existing relationships in the HVAC business are highly desired.
  • Successfully completing a Bachelor’s Degree is considered an asset.
  • You’ll bring passion for helping to drive growth and sales of Mysa HQ.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to understand customers’ business needs and provide solutions.
  • You’re a highly motivated self-starter that can prioritize projects and deliver results.
  • You have a very strong bias for action and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Travel requirements for this role will flex and may be as high as 75% of the time. Candidates should live near a large airport for ease of travel.
