We are currently hiring a Paralegal to join our growing team at Viral Nation. The role has exposure to diverse areas of law including digital media, marketing and advertising, information technology, intellectual property, privacy and media law. Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, this individual will have solid organizational and time management skills. The individual will support our team in the review and drafting of contracts, forms, submissions and other legal items as they arise. The individual must be exceptionally organized, willing to learn in an ever-changing environment, flexible with changing priorities and fluent with legal terminology.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Review and interpret our vendor, talent and other business contracts and agreements
  • Manage new contract templates 
  • Draft new contracts
  • Report directly to In-House Counsel
  • Research and advise on various matters; new market launches; legal operations; general commercial/legal/operations support
  • Keep all contracts and documents secure and confidential

What You'll Need To Have:

  • Minimum of 2 + years of experience as a Paralegal
  • Solid understanding of Business, Insurance, Contract and Corporate Law
  • Familiarity with various areas of law -  digital media, information technology law, privacy law, sales and advertising law and/or defamation law
  • An inquisitive and proactive attitude with sound judgment
  • Ability to identify liabilities and contemplate independently with sensible reasoning
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
This role has an annual salary range of $65,000 to $75,000
 
This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.

Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria.
