We are one of the world's largest customer acquisition businesses, headquartered in London, and we are now building out our Austin marketing team with huge growth ambitions over the coming years. With annual marketing spend of over $75M and a team of 90 digital marketing experts at the forefront of new technology, we really are industry leaders when it comes to paid marketing.
The Role
You will begin with being enrolled into our acclaimed Paid Search academy! This is a 12 week training program designed to take you from beginner to expert rapidly, covering all aspects of Paid Search marketing, such as the fundamentals of Paid Search, campaign set-up, targeting, bidding, optimization and scaling (and much more!), with regular check-ins along the way to cement your knowledge and gather feedback.
Day-to-day, you will create, optimize and have full management control over performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads). As a member of our team, you'll develop strong analytical skills as well as a keen eye for turning insight into action.
As one of the first members of our US Paid Search team, you'll play a key role in helping drive transformational strategy during an exciting period as we expand our new office!

Desirable:
- Proficiency in Excel - Analyzing campaign performance data is crucial to continuously optimize campaigns & hit targets, thus a competent understanding of Excel (or similar data analysis tools) will be very useful
- Previous Digital Marketing Experience - Knowledge of creating campaigns & reporting on performance is a big part of the day to day
