Plan, launch, and optimize B2B paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Manage budgets, perform A/B tests, set up GA4/GTM conversion tracking, analyze attribution, improve lead quality, collaborate with marketing stakeholders, and deliver monthly performance reports with recommendations.
This is a remote position.
Our client, a commercial security solutions company located in Markham, Ontario, is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize B2B demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. The successful candidate understands the complete customer journey and recommends how to allocate budget across platforms to generate the highest number of qualified sales opportunities.

Location: Remote, but must be physically located in Canada or the US
Work Schedule: Up to 20 hours per month
What You'll Do
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Plan, build, launch, and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Recommend monthly budget allocation based on campaign performance.
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies for awareness, consideration, remarketing, and lead generation.
- Continuously identify new campaign opportunities and audience strategies.
Campaign Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, audiences, creatives, and budgets.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, audiences, and CTAs.
- Improve lead quality while reducing cost per qualified lead.
Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
- Ensure campaign attribution is accurate.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing lead, marketing lead to launch campaigns.
- Recommend improvements to landing pages and conversion paths.
- Coordinate campaigns with email marketing and organic marketing initiatives.
Reporting
- Provide monthly reports covering spend, leads, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS (where applicable), campaign insights, and recommendations

What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing B2B paid media campaigns in security, telecommunications, or technology industries.
- Strong understanding of Google Search, LinkedIn, and Meta advertising.
- Experience with conversion tracking and analytics.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Expectations
We are not looking for someone who simply manages Google Ads.
We want a Paid Media Specialist who understands B2B demand generation and continuously recommends where our advertising budget should be invested to maximize qualified opportunities. Budget allocation should be reviewed regularly based on results rather than remaining fixed.
