  • Build and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, newsletters, and ABM initiatives in HubSpot.
  • Manage audience segmentation, workflows, campaign assets, reporting, and marketing automation.
  • Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate and scalable.

Social Media & Brand Growth

  • Support Laivly's audience growth and share of voice on LinkedIn by developing the social engagement strategy and equipping our sales and leadership teams to take part,  identifying the stakeholders, influencers, creators, and industry voices worth building relationships with, surfacing the conversations worth joining, and giving the team the guidance and prompts that make it easy to participate.
  • Manage content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.

Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with our BDR team to align paid media, email marketing, and ABM initiatives that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Creative, SEO/GEO, and Sales to ensure campaigns and messaging work together to support business goals.
  • Share campaign insights that help shape future marketing strategies.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze campaign performance across paid, email, and social channels, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Provide regular reporting on results, opportunities, and optimization plans.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing tools, and platform updates, bringing new ideas back to the team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you bring...

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, primarily focused on paid media and social media.
  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. AdRoll experience is an asset.
  • Experience managing organic social media for a B2B organization, particularly LinkedIn.

Marketing Technology

  • Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, lists, forms, and reporting.
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), campaign reporting, and marketing dashboards to measure performance.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and emerging AI search concepts.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Experience partnering with Sales or BDR teams to support lead generation and account-based marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
