Paid Media Effectiveness & Planning Advisor (12-Month Contract)
We are ready to take this game to the next level and are looking for a developing paid media professional to support the continued evolution of OLG’s paid media capabilities across strategy, operations, digital and measurement. In this role, you will help the team build, deliver and refine specialized media approaches, while gaining hands-on exposure to how high-impact paid media programs are developed and activated. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external agency and platform partners, contributing to meaningful initiatives while learning from experienced leaders across the media ecosystem.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Director of Paid Media Effectiveness & Planning, you will be empowered to:
Support the Paid Media Effectiveness & Planning team in building, delivering and refining specialized paid media capabilities across strategy, operations, digital and measurement.
Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to help coordinate initiatives, gather inputs and contribute to the development of best practices, processes and media planning approaches.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, media agency partners and platform representatives to support project delivery, track action items and help ensure initiatives move forward on time.
Assist in preparing materials, consolidating information and documenting key decisions, next steps and recommendations to keep stakeholders aligned and projects well organized.
Coordinate working sessions, stakeholder touchpoints and team forums, helping create productive collaboration moments and clear follow-through across multiple workstreams.
Support analysis and reporting activities by helping organize campaign information, summarize findings and surface observations that inform ongoing optimization and capability development.
Learn from experienced leaders across paid media specializations and build a strong foundation in how media strategy, execution, measurement and operational excellence come together to drive business outcomes.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME
Education & Experience:
University degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in paid media, digital marketing, media operations, agency account support or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated interest in learning how paid media strategy, execution, measurement and partner collaboration work together in a complex marketing environment.

Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
