P2P Specialist – Directs (f/m/x)

in Mars Global Services

Commercial Department

Location: Poznań

This job is responsible for delivering commercial services for one or more segments across multiple geographies. As such, this person will be the MGS Commercial Services’ main point of contact for the Buying community in their assigned region and area of expertise providing process coordination and support.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Act as a central point of contact in MCS for queries related to commercial processes.

  • Work to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing systems, processes & documentation (within the team as well as across Teams).

  • Provide support to Sourcing Managers, Commercial Operations as well as other stakeholders who are a part of the processes supported by MGS Commercial Services.

  • Work efficiently with a wide range of internal and external clients.

  • Support Senior Specialists, Team Coordinators & Line Managers in operational scope and projects – when requested.

  • Drive commercial processes and take part in team/cross-team projects within operational area.

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert around responsibility.

  • Track metrics and KPIs as defined in Commercial Service Catalogue.

  • Provide compliance with commercial governance process in the areas of responsibility.

What are we looking for?

  • University degrees are preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business or Procurement.

  • 1+ year of working experience in similar position. procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of core commercial/procurement competencies.

  • Good analytical skills and ability to provide insights.

  • Strong problem-solving, planning and communication skills.

  • Fluent English is required.
