Job Role and Responsibilities : Digital Account Strategist (UMM - Google Ads)

Location: Toronto Office (Eglinton East or The Well, DT Toronto)- Hybrid

Reports to: B2B Sales Supervisor

Who we are looking for

We are looking for analytical professionals who can execute deep dives into high valued business Google Ads accounts, optimizing performance to drive superior outcomes. This role demands exceptional client service, comprehensive research, and market analysis leveraged through strong relationship-building skills. We seek a sales professional who anticipates decision-making processes by evaluating current data, continuously discovering business needs, and understanding how Google product offerings facilitate client growth, all while maintaining rigorous time management. You will develop the innovative strategies and plans necessary to propel their advertising success to new heights.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)

  • Execute consultative B2B sales needs assessments to architect and oversee High Valued Google Ads campaigns that secure critical KPI benchmarks.

  • Partner with marketing agencies to decipher operational hurdles and optimize Google Ads account performance through rigorous client discovery.

  • Orchestrate outreach via outbound calls and emails to synthesize market intelligence on client business models and historical advertising objectives.

  • Maintain professional excellence by continuously upgrading Google Ads proficiency through all available developmental resources.

  • Identify strategic growth opportunities to maximize budget efficiency and drive attainment of established KPIs.

  • Prioritize accounts based on revenue and vertical impact to focus efforts on the most significant contributors to KPI target achievement.

  • Leverage exceptional interpersonal skills to lead high-level presentations and strategic sessions with high-value Digital Marketing Agencies.

  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to integrity, professional autonomy, and proactive self-motivation.

  • Use AI-driven tools to architect strategies and execute performance ads analysis and optimization aligned with specific client requirements.

Annual Base Salary of CAD $51,000, plus a performance-based bonus with an earning potential ranging from 5% to 30%

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience within a high-performance, sales-driven environment.

  • Demonstrate meticulous precision in orchestrating daily workflows and scheduling to exceed outreach benchmarks.

  • Exhibit an exceptional mastery of outbound outreach methodologies and comprehensive account management strategies.

  • Hold a Google Ads certification (preferred, reflecting technical proficiency and commitment to excellence).

  • Maintain rigorous professional discipline, supported by superior time management and organizational capabilities.

  • Leverage consultative sales techniques to strategically evaluate and resolve complex client business needs.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting with the ability to multitask and execute priorities with uncompromising accuracy.

  • Address and overcome objections by synthesizing direct correlations between product capabilities and client objectives.

  • Utilize advanced storytelling capabilities to enhance client engagement and drive adoption of Google Ads marketing strategies.

  • Expertly leverage AI-driven tools to optimize sales performance and deliver on rigorous client requirements.

Schedule:

  • Fixed schedule Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

  • Hybrid setup, 4 weeks of product training will be on-site.
