- Evaluate processes from different perspectives. (Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Compliance)
- Engage and coordinate with the manufacturing teams to achieve efficient processes and beneficial outcomes
- Establish a network of working relationships to further project engagement
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project and organizational objectives
- Define change approach, milestones, success metrics, and governance structures
- Integrate change management activities into overall project plans
- Identify, analyze, and engage key stakeholders across the organization
- Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, and project teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change-related matters
- Conduct change impact analyses to assess effects on business processes, roles, systems, and organizational structure
- Evaluate organizational readiness and identify potential risks or resistance points
- Develop mitigation and risk management strategies
- Design and deliver clear, consistent, and targeted communication plans
- Ensure messaging effectively communicates the purpose, benefits, and impacts of change
- Maintain ongoing engagement through multiple communication channels
- Develop and coordinate training programs to support adoption of new processes and systems
- Partner with learning teams or SMEs to create training materials and resources
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees and managers
- Coach senior leaders, managers, and project sponsors to effectively lead change initiatives
- Enhance sponsor effectiveness and accountability
- Support leaders in managing team transitions and addressing resistance
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for change adoption and effectiveness
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership and project teams

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Master's degree is considered an asset
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, organizational development or project management
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, ERP implementations)
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- ADKAR or equivalent change management methodology certification
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is an asset
- Familiarity with recognized change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Experience with stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training development tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools or similar workplace collaboration platforms
