Order Management Specialist [Contract]

What will you work on?

As a member of the customer-facing team, the Order Management Specialist provides premier customer service to their assigned accounts. You will be responsible for the proactive management of orders from receipt through delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class results.
How will you create impact?

• Process customer orders from receipt to delivery in a timely and accurate manner.

• Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage order execution using SAP and other required customer or third-party systems.

• Partner with Supply Chain to resolve issues and proactively mitigate non-compliance charges.

• Administer the quote process for assigned accounts.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Credit, Sales, Planning, Logistics) to resolve and prevent issues.

• Participate in retail engagement initiatives to drive customer service level improvements.

What are your skills and experience?

• CPG/Retail Experience preferred.

• Experience with a Tier 1 ERP system (SAP) is required.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $58,000 to $60,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
