Location: Markham, Ontario
Status: 37.5 hours per week, Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Hybrid – Three (3) days in-office, Two (2) days remote

Working in the Order Management department, this role supports our Direct and Dealer Sales Channels by ensuring that all processes and corporate quality standards are followed accurately and within timelines.

Your Role in Our Future

  • Screen all incoming orders with accuracy and efficiency

  • Actively communicate with and support sales representatives to ensure timely order processing

  • Gather and verify all required information, entering order details into the system prior to processing

  • Proactively inform sales representatives of any delays or issues

  • Monitor order statuses and follow up with relevant departments as needed

  • Attend specific sales training and gain a solid understanding of Quadient’s products and services

  • Stay up to date on pricing, promotions, and current product offerings

  • Train new sales representatives on order paperwork and internal procedures

  • Assist in the preparation of tender responses

  • Provide support to the order management team and fellow sales coordinators, particularly during month-end

  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods (e.g., month-end deadlines)

  • Maintain accurate and current ISO documentation

  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned

Your Profile

  • High school diploma required, with a preference for post-secondary education

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration or a related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with detailed information and numerical data

  • Collaborative team player, able to thrive in an open-concept office setting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems

  • Familiarity with order processes, internal systems, and documentation standards is an asset

Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 CAD annually.
