Location: Markham, Ontario
Status: 37.5 hours per week, full-time, permanent
Schedule: Hybrid – working three (3) days in the office, two (2) days remote
Working in the Order Management department, this role is responsible to Support our Direct and Dealer Sales Channels by ensuring all processes and Corporate quality standards are met and followed for accuracy and timelines.
Your role in our future:

Handle the screening of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Establish active communication and engage with sales representatives to ensure prompt administering of orders

Obtain all information required and enter order details into the system before submitting for processing

Inform sales representatives of unforeseen delays or problems
-
Stay on top of the order status and follow up with the appropriate departments when necessary

Attend specific sales training and develop an understanding of the products and services of the company

Be familiar with current price books, promotions and/or offerings
-
Train new sales representatives on paperwork and procedures

Assist with Tender responses
-
Be available to assist order management and other sales coordinators at month-end
-
Must have flexibility to work extra hours to ensure month-end deadlines are met

Assist the team in keeping all ISO documents current

Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Your profile

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience as an Order Administrator/Sales Coordinator
-
Professional verbal and written communications skills
-
A team player able to work effectively in an open concept office environment
-
Willingness and capability to work with detailed information and figures
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly

Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 CAD annually.
