  • Monitor system health, integrations including OIC and third-party connectors, and scheduled processes.

  • Manage user access, security roles, and workflows in line with audit and control requirements.

  • Work closely with Finance, IT, and platform teams in Canada and the UK including DCR, OIC, and SFG.

  • Represent Canadian requirements in cross region projects, patching, upgrades, and regression testing.

  • Manage and report on cross border intercompany charges.

  • Uphold and improve service levels, ensuring SLA commitments are met and processes evolve over time.

What you'll bring

  • Hands on experience in a techno functional Oracle Fusion Finance role.

  • Strong working knowledge of General Ledger, Accounting Hub, and Fusion subledgers.

  • Deep understanding of Fusion data flows, including subledger imports, data file processing, and month end posting.

  • Experience supporting and delivering change in complex finance systems environments

  • Understanding of file ingestion, error handling, and reprocessing logic.
Strong service management discipline across incident, problem, and change.

What makes you stand out

  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, able to translate complex issues clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Confidence to drive conversations, influence outcomes, and unblock issues across teams and geographies.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and comfort working across Canada and UK time zones.

  • A proactive, take ownership mindset with a relentless focus on resolution.

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.

  • Experience with intercompany or cross border finance processes is an advantage.

Additional information:

  • Supported by an offshore Fusion Support Analyst dedicated to the Canadian run and change portfolio.

  • Opportunity to shape how Oracle Fusion is operated and evolved for Aviva Canada.

What you’ll get

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $115,000 to $145,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.

  • Compelling rewards package including base compensation, eligibility for annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities.

  • Outstanding Career Development opportunities.

  • We’ll support your professional development education.

  • Competitive vacation package with the option to purchase 5 extra days off per year.

  • Employee driven programs focused on gender, LGBTQ+, origins, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Corporate wellness programs to support our employees’ physical and mental health.
