Our Operations Managers at Michael Kors are stylish individuals who have a drive to achieve results and a passion for an elevated customer experience. As an Operations Manager, you will strive to achieve personal and store sales goals while prioritizing the customer experience through operational processes and leading teams. You will work in a fun, inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for development and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach

· Directly train and partner with team to ensure all operational functions run smoothly

· Understands all management register and inventory functions

· Deliver operational excellence in all store processes

· Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals

· Communicate needs to support business goals

WE’D LOVE TO SEE:

· 2+ years of high-volume relevant retail experience

· A self-starter with time management and project skills

· Energetic, motivated and engaging; dedicated to elevated customer service and sales productivity

· Ability to react to a changing work demands

Compensation Range:
